Discover the historic herdsman’s cottage from 1741 and a traditional cheese dairy from 1900, both offering a glimpse into the region’s rich cheesemaking traditions. Continue to the King’s Way, an interactive exhibition that brings the story of Emmentaler AOP to life through engaging displays and multimedia experiences. The visit concludes with a tasting of Emmentaler AOP cheeses at different stages of maturity.
