Terms and Conditions

By confirming the tour with us, you affirm that you have considered and accepted our Company’s Terms and Conditions. The Company shall not be liable for any errors or omissions that may occur due to lack of acknowledgement of these Terms. If you have any questions, concerns, or need further explanation, please contact our customer service team for assistance.

Booking

While booking any travel service through our Company for a group, your group’s main contact will confirm that they are authorised to accept the Company’s Terms and Conditions on behalf of everyone named in the booking.

You should check all the details in the booking summary and advise us of any inconsistencies with the facts provided to you. Any changes requested after booking may incur further charges or may not be possible. For more information, please refer to the “Changes” and “Cancellations” sections. The customer will receive final confirmation of the booking after the full payment is made. The customer will receive all the necessary travel documents when the booking is confirmed.

Payment

The full final payment is to be made at least 90 days prior to the commencement of the service. Payment Methods: For this tour, the Company accepts Credit Card payments. If the client fails to make the payment within the predetermined timeframe, the Company is entitled to cancel the pending trip and claim cancellation fees.

Data Policy

We prioritize the confidentiality of our customers’ information. When you book a trip with us, we collect necessary personal details such as age, email, and phone number to ensure seamless travel arrangements.
In line with our privacy policy, we may share relevant information with trusted third-party partners, such as hotels and local guides, solely for the purpose of fulfilling their responsibilities towards you. Be assured, only essential details are shared for this purpose.
Your trust is invaluable to us, and we take extensive measures to protect your data. Our practices strictly adhere to the security standards outlined in the EU GDPR, guaranteeing strong protection of your personal information at every stage of our engagement.

Final Payment: Your booking will be confirmed only after the Company receives the full payment for the requested trip (Travel documents will be sent to you after the booking confirmation). In the case of a delayed final payment, the Company is entitled to cancel the service and claim cancellation fees.

Changes on Confirmed Tour

Changes are acceptable at least 30 days before the departure time for all confirmed excursions.

If you would like to make any changes to pre-confirmed services or accommodation, you should notify your travel agent in written format. Any requested changes may incur both bank fees and additional costs. The Company will do its best to meet your needs and make changes accordingly, but we regret that, in some cases, it won’t always be possible.

Cancellation Policy

To cancel a confirmed tour, the Company will require written consent from the customer. If you choose to cancel a confirmed tour, the following fees may be applied:

Up to 61 days before arrival: 0% From 60 to 51 days before arrival: 5% From 50 to 41 days before arrival: 20% From 40 to 31 days before arrival: 50% From 30 to 0 days before arrival: 100%

Please be aware that the last indicated date in your written request will be considered as a basis for the calculation of costs caused by cancellation or rebooking.

If you have cancellation insurance, the cancellation charges will be paid by the respective insurance provider.

Travel Documents

The Client will receive all the travel documents after the full payment and booking confirmation. Travel documents will be sent to the customer via an electronic form. However, hard copies will also be available upon request.

Force Majeure

The Company shall not be liable for any delays, changes, or service cancellations due to force majeure, or for other circumstances that are unforeseeable or beyond the service provider’s control. This includes accidents suffered by the third parties on the transfer route, police checkpoints, acts of terrorism, extreme weather conditions, etc.
