Once you're in Stockhorn, ride the scenic cable car to the Stockhorn Summit. The 2,190-meter (7,190-feet) Stockhorn Mountain has a perspective of the Lake Thun area in the Bernese Oberland. The top offers stunning views over Lake Thun, the two small lakes (Hinterstockensee and Oberstockensee), and the surrounding Alps. There are multiple platforms at the peak from which you can observe the sight.

After enjoying the vista from the summit, descend to the charming settlement of Erlenbach im Simmental. For a break from your travels, visit the lovely restaurant at Stockhorn Middle Station, which serves traditional Swiss cuisine.
