Guided Tour: Mürren Via Ferrata and Lakeside Picnic from Crans-Montana

Prepare for a fantastic trip with us full of thrilling activities in Lauterbrunnen. Our experienced driver-guide will greet you in your hotel lobby in Crans-Montana. Afterward, you will head to Lauterbrunnen Valley, the Valley of 72 Waterfalls.

You will then enjoy a scenic ride in a panoramic gondola to the remote, car-free village of Mürren. This prepares you for an exciting Via Ferrata adventure above the Lauterbrunnen Valley. A knowledgeable mountain guide will accompany you on this thrilling, off-the-beaten-path Via Ferrata adventure.

Once you have collected the necessary gear, your mountain guide will offer technical and safety instructions. The tour begins with moderate trekking but provides many breathtaking moments as you approach Gimmelwald, the destination of the experience. Before you reach the zipline and encounter "Hammerecke," you will cross a long suspension bridge.

While you ascend the rock wall, you will see the stunning Lauterbrunnen Valley and its impressive waterfalls from a different perspective.

Upon your arrival in Gimmelwald, you will bid goodbye to your mountain guide and ride a cable car back to Stechelberg, where your driver-guide will be waiting for you.

You have two options available to you here:

1) Walk five kilometers from the scenic Lauterbrunnen Valley and have lunch at any spot.

2) Our driver-guide can also take you to a scenic spot along the shore of Lake Brienz for a swim in the clear waters and a private picnic.
