Description
Prepare for an unforgettable adventure with us, starting as our experienced driver-guide greets you at the lobby of your hotel in Zurich. We'll then journey through the enchanting Swiss landscape, bound for the breathtaking Lauterbrunnen Valley, famously known as the Valley of 72 Waterfalls.
The next destination will be the remote car-free village of Mürren, reached via a scenic ride in a panoramic gondola. This sets the stage for an adrenaline-pumping via ferrata experience, high above the Lauterbrunnen Valley. You'll be joined by a skilled mountain guide and a group of up to 8 fellow adventurers, making this ascent both thrilling and social.
After collecting the necessary equipment from your mountain-guide, you will receive instructions regarding technique and safety. The tour begins with easy hiking but has plenty of incredible moments in store as you reach the “Hammerecke” zipline, and then cross a long suspension bridge as you approach Gimmelwald.
Once you reach Gimmelwald, it will be time to say goodbye to your fellow adventurers of the via ferrata. You will descend by cable car back to Stechelberg where your driver will be waiting for your return.
Here you can choose between two options for the picnic:
1) Take the hiking path out of the scenic Lauterbrunnen Valley (5km) and have your picnic at a spot of your choice.
2) Or our driver-guide will take you to a scenic spot on the shores of Lake Brienz to enjoy your private picnic and have a swim in the crystal-clear water.
At the end of the journey, your driver-guide will safely bring you back to your hotel in Zurich.

No prior Via Ferrata experience is needed. A hiking duration of 3-4 hours should not be a problem for you. Kids below 16 years have to be accompanied by an adult.
