Embark on an unforgettable journey as our driver-guide collects you from your hotel in Basel. Travel through Switzerland’s scenic landscapes to reach the charming village of Erlenbach.
Your adventure begins here, amidst the beauty of Switzerland. This self-guided hike lets you immerse yourself in the Stockhorn region, with two trails tailored to your mood and fitness:
(A) Chrindi Hike: Begin with a scenic gondola ride to the Chrindi plateau. Hike up, passing the pristine mountain lakes of Stockhorn on your way to the summit.
(B) Stockhorn Summit Hike: Ride the gondola directly to the summit and soak in the stunning views as you descend, surrounded by the magnificent Stockhorn lakes and the Swiss Alps.
With a self-guided hike, you’re in control. We provide a map to help you navigate the marked paths at your leisure, allowing you to connect with nature and breathe in the fresh mountain air as you create your own path in this stunning wilderness.
After your hike, your driver-guide will greet you back at the Erlenbach Valley Station. A short drive takes you to a tranquil lakeside spot on Lake Brienz. Enjoy a delicious picnic featuring Swiss treats, thoughtfully prepared for you. Relax by the clear waters, savoring the last golden sunrays of the day. Once you’re ready, your private transfer will take you back to your starting point in Basel, leaving you with cherished memories and lasting impressions.
