Here begins your thrilling hiking experience amidst Switzerland's natural wonders. This self-guided hike allows you to immerse yourself in the stunning Stockhorn region, offering two exciting options based on your preferences and fitness level:
(A) Chrindi Hike: Start with a picturesque gondola ride to the Chrindi plateau. From here, trek past the sparkling mountain lakes of Stockhorn as you make your way to the summit.
(B) Stockhorn Summit Hike: Take the gondola straight to the summit and relish the breathtaking views as you descend, with the magnificent Stockhorn Mountain lakes and the Swiss Alps stretching before you.
As this is a self-guided hike, you have the freedom to chart your own course. We provide a map to guide you along well-marked paths, allowing you to savor the journey at your own pace. Connect with nature, breathe in the crisp alpine air, and forge your own path in this stunning wilderness.
After your hike, your driver-guide will meet you back at the Erlenbach Valley Station. From there, a brief drive takes you to a serene lakeside spot on the shores of Lake Brienz. Delight in a prepared picnic featuring Swiss delicacies. Pause to savor the flavors and dip your toes into the clear waters, basking in the day’s final golden rays.
