Your journey starts with a convenient transfer from your hotel in Lucerne. Following a brief orientation to ensure your readiness for the hike, you'll embark on a picturesque drive to Kandersteg in Central Switzerland.
Upon arrival, your knowledgeable hiking guide will meet you and you will ascend via gondola to the Oeschinensee station from Kandersteg. From here, you'll embark on the 9-kilometer Lake Oeschinen Circular trail, treating you to panoramic views above the crystal-clear lake.
Walk through meadows and forests, pausing at scenic viewpoints to admire the surrounding beauty. Throughout the hike, your guide will share insights into the local area.
During lunchtime, indulge in a delightful packed meal at a serene lakeside spot, surrounded by the majestic Alps. Take your time to explore the area, capture memorable photographs, and immerse yourself in the tranquility of the Swiss Alps.
The final stretch of the hike follows alongside Lake Oeschinen, offering opportunities to dip your toes in the refreshing Alpine waters.
As the hike concludes and you descend back to Kandersteg via gondola, savor the stunning views one last time.
After a day full of adventure, your driver-guide will be on hand to escort you back to your accommodation in Lucerne.
